Attraverso il cinema e attraverso il potere che il film di genere offre, Inabitável racconta la storia di un personaggio che ottiene qualcosa di diverso rispetto a ciò che si aspettava. La sofferenza e la paura sono così profonde da aprire uno squarcio nella realtà, permettendo agli elementi mutuati dalla fantascienza e dall’horror di guidare i personaggi in una direzione che li allontana dalla morte.

The story narrated in Unliveable originates from the surge of violence that currently ravages Brazil, the country with the highest homicide rates of trans people in the world. Through cinema and through the power offered by horror and science-fiction movies, Unliveable tells the story of a character whose outcome is different than expected. Pain and fear are so profound that they open a fracture into reality, opening the door for the elements of science fiction to guide the characters in a direction that leads them away from death.
