Una giovane trascorre parecchio tempo in una casa. Quasi sempre è da sola, qualche volta chiacchiera al telefono, di rado riceve delle visite: un’amica con il ragazzo, un potenziale fidanzato, degli aspiranti candidati per una stanza in affitto. Finché arriverà la coinquilina giusta…
Un’osservazione ravvicinata della quotidianità di Beatrix, intenta a occupare ed esplorare gli spazi, nel tentativo di appropriarsene, proprio come se si trattasse del suo corpo, ricettacolo di una femminilità che diviene tangibile nel tempo della gioventù; un tempo non capitalizzato, ma dissipato, a stento sopportato, svilito.

A young woman spends a lot of time in a house. She is usually alone, sometimes she chats on the phone, she rarely receives visits: a buddy with her boyfriend, a potential boyfriend, wannabe candidates for a room to rent. Until the right roommate arrives...
A close observation of Beatrix's everyday life, a girl who is willing to occupy and explore the surrounding space, in an attempt to take possession of it, just as if it were her own body, the den of a femininity that becomes tangible in the time of youth; a time which is not capitalized, but instead dissipated, hardly endured, debased.

Milena Czernovsky
Classe 1993, studia scenografia alla University of Applied Arts di Vienna. È scenografia e set designer, nonché sceneggiatrice e regista. Le sue opere sono state presentate a diversi festival d’arte, di cinema e teatro.
Lilith Kraxner
Nata nel 1995, ha iniziato a sondare le possibilità del cinema analogico negli anni di studio presso la Friedl Kubelka School for Independent Film di Vienna. Attualmente studia Cinema e Videoarte all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Vienna.

Milena Czernovsky
Born in 1993, she is currently studying scenography at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Her fields of work range from stage and set design to script writing and directing. Her works were shown at theater, film and art festivals.
Lilith Kraxner
Born in 1995, she started to experiment with analogue film throughout an education at Friedl Kubelka School for Independent Film in Vienna. She is currently studying Film and Video at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
