Finché, un curioso intruso, non entra nella sua vita con la promessa d’una colazione fatta in casa e di protezione...
Tito è un racconto che parla del sentirsi preda, d’amicizia e paura, narrato attraverso uno sguardo follemente inventivo ed espressivo. Un lavoro visionario, un’opera prima che suona come una buona premessa per la carriera di una filmmaker desiderosa di esplorare temi complessi (l’identità di genere ed i pregiudizi sociali nello specifico) con una voce unica.

Tito is a story about predation, friendship, and fear told through a wildly inventive and expressive new lens. A visionary work, a first feature film that bodes well for the career of a filmmaker willing to tackle complex themes (gender identity and social biases both come into play) with a singular voice.

Regista e attrice canadese, nel 2016 ha ricevuto il Premio Speciale della Giuria del Sundance per la migliore interpretazione nel cortometraggio Her Friend Adam, al quale è seguita la qualifica di TIFF Rising Star 2016. Ha co-prodotto, co-ideato e recitato film presentati al Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Slamdance, Tiff e numerosi altri. Tito è il suo debutto alla regia nel lungometraggio.

She is a Canadian filmmaker and actor. In 2016 was awarded a Sundance Special Jury Award for Outstanding Performance for her role in the short film Her Friend Adam and was later named a 2016 TIFF Rising Star. Glowicki has co-produced, co-created, and performed in films that have screened at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Slamdance, TIFF, and more. Tito is her feature-length directorial debut.
