Anocha Suwichakornpong
Nata nel 1976, è una regista, sceneggiatrice e produttrice tailandese. È professoressa invitata di Cinema e Studi visuali all’Università di Harvard. Ha studiato in Inghilterra e, nel 2006, si è specializzata in Regia alla Columbia University. Il suo corto di diploma è stato selezionato al 59esimo festival di Cannes. Nel 2007 ha fondato la Electric Eel Films, società di produzione cinematografica indipendente che ha supportato la realizzazione di opere di artisti emergenti. Oltre a svariati corti, ha realizzato due lungometraggi, (2009), vincitore del Tiger Award all’edizione 2010 del festival di Rotterdam, e (2016), presentato a Locarno.

Ben Rivers
Nato nel 1972, è un artista e regista sperimentale che vive e lavora a Londra. I suoi lavori, in bilico tra documentario e finzione, sono stati proiettati nei festival cinematografici e nelle gallerie di tutto il mondo e hanno vinto numerosi premi. Ha studiato arte alla Falmouth University. Il suo primo lungometraggio, , è stato presentato nel 2011 alla 68esima edizione del festival di Venezia nella sezione Orizzonti e si è aggiudicato il premio FIPRESCI. Il suo secondo lungometraggio, , realizzato in collaborazione con il regista americano Ben Russell, suo frequente collaboratore, è stato presentato in anteprima a festival di Locarno nel 2013.

Anocha Suwichakornpong
Born in 1976, she is a Thai directress, screenwriter and producer. She is Visiting Lecturer on Art, Film and Visual Studies at Harvard University. She studied in England and, in 2006, she graduated from the MFA film program at Columbia University. Her thesis film was selected for the 59 Cannes Film Festival. In 2007 she founded the independent film production company Electric Eel Films, which has recognized for its contribution towards supporting works by emerging artists. In addition to several short films, she made two feature films, , which won the Tiger Award at the 2010 International Film Festival Rotterdam, and (2016), screened at the Locarno Film Festival.

Ben Rivers
Born in 1972, is an artist and experimental filmmaker based in London. His work has been screened at film festival and galleries around the world and has won numerous awards. He studied Fine Art al Falmouth University. His first feature-length film, Two Years at Sea, was presented in 2011 in the Orizzonti section at the 68^th Venice International Film Festival and won the FIPRESCI International Critics prize. His second feature, A Spell to Ward Off the Darkness, was made in collaboration with American filmmaker Ben Russell, a frequent collaborator, and premiered at Locarno Film Festival in 2013.
