Il remake del primo fortunato cortometraggio di Melvil Poupaud, realizzato vent’anni dopo dallo stesso Poupaud. Le immagini del passato dialogano con quelle del presente, l’attore adulto si rispecchia in quello bambino reinterpretandone i dialoghi e confrontandosi con la sua stessa immagine. Un rispecchiamento che è caratteristico dell’opera di Poupaud regista.
It is a remake of the first successful short movie by Melvil Poupaud, it was made twenty years later by Poupaud him- self. Past images are compared to pres- ent ones, the grown up actor looks at his younger self in a mirroring which is typical of Poupaud’s directing work.
