J. è un giovane di una realtà qualunque, in uno qualunque dei nostri giorni. Odia il suo aspetto fisico e spende il suo tempo sui social network, proiettando i suoi desideri e i suoi impulsi sessuali in un mondo in cui nessuno si prende gioco di lui. L’ideale di un corpo che risponda ai canoni della società contemporanea lo ossessiona giorno e notte e lo accompagna in tutti i luoghi che frequenta, spingendolo ad adottare i consigli e le strategie promosse da un mondo in cui la bellezza è un valore indiscutibile. I modelli imposti però finiscono con l’impadronirsi della sua psiche, e il confine tra ciò che è digitale e ciò che è reale inizia a diventare sempre più sottile, trascinando J. in una realtà distorta che presto si trasformerà in un incubo.

J. is a teenager of any ordinary reality, in a ordinary day of our life. He hates the way he looks so he spends his time on social networks, projecting his desires and sexual impulses in a world where nobody makes fun of him. The ideal of a body that could embrace the standard of the contemporary society torments him day and night, and follows him in every place he frequent, pushing him to follow the advices and the strategies promoted by a world in which beauty is an unquestionable value. The imposed models though end up taking possession of his psyche, and the border between what is digital and what is real start to get thinner and thinner, dragging J. in a distorted digital reality that soon will become a nightmare.
